Side Projects

Watchers
CCTV-based industrial safety platform that detects forklifts, workers, and helmet compliance in real time. I led a 4-person team as team lead, owning the end-to-end MLOps pipeline and system architecture across the FastAPI backend, GPU inference server, MCP server, and frontend. I built an automated labeling pipeline combining zero-shot detection (Grounding DINO) with active learning, designed a gold-set model-promotion gate, and implemented natural-language chat control via custom MCP tools and OpenAI's Responses API, improving safety-critical detection recall from 66.4% to 78.3%.

ThinkStorm (Work In Progress)
Full-stack collaboration platform empowering global developers to team up, build real projects, and grow skills. I worked as a full-stack developer. On the backend, I designed and built Redis-based caching/rate-limiting, JWT authentication, and CI/CD pipelines; on the frontend, I built SPAs with React/Next.js and designed the state management architecture using Redux, TanStack Query, and Zustand.

Natours
Eco-tour booking system with payments, map-based exploration, admin dashboard, and transactional email support. A solo project where I designed and built the entire stack, frontend to backend.

Wedding You
Wedding planning platform with client-planner matching, secure payments, real-time updates, and cloud hosting. I led this as team lead and full-stack developer, from planning through deployment.

Netflix And Chill
Netflix-inspired streaming platform with role-based auth, admin dashboard, dockerized backend, and movie discovery. I led this as team lead and full-stack developer, building out both the frontend and backend.

Wetube
YouTube-style video sharing site with video upload/playback, GitHub OAuth login, real-time commenting, and AWS S3 storage. A solo project where I built both the frontend and backend myself.
